After almost twenty years of working in a broad range of holistic methods, my focus today is primarily Life Coaching, NLP and EMDR.

This is because I find these to be the most effective methods for change.

Life Coaching with NLP helps you gain clarity on what you want, set goals and outcomes, and create an action plan to make it happen. 

In our Life Coaching with NLP sessions we will focuses on the present and the future. We can work on a single goal, a specific area of life, or design a whole new future for you.

With tools, techniques and powerful questions we dig deep to find out who you are, and how you want to live. In our sessions together we will create an authentic and meaningful life that is uniquely yours.

EMDR Therapy & Radical Self-Compassion™

EMDR is a well-established therapy treatment originally developed by Frances Shapiro in the US for PTSD and trauma.

It has since been found highly effective on a wide range of symptoms. 

These include (amongst other); unworthiness, low self-esteem, workaholism, imposter syndrome, loneliness, depression, anxiety, destructive habits (food, drugs, alcohol), stress, exhaustion, and lack of joie de vivre.

EMDR uses bilateral stimulation coupled with rigorous therapeutic protocols that make a change in the neurological patterns of our minds. 

It's effective on phobias, PTSD, OCD, depression, anxiety, anger issues, single traumatic event, complex trauma, addictions, physical pain and more.

EMDR heals the hidden pain from the inside out.

When people suffer they often think that something is wrong with them. Life seems okay but there is turmoil on the inside. Nothing is wrong with you. All irrational behaviours, self-sabotage and triggers are symptoms of a hidden pain. 

EMDR works from the inside out, healing the pain at core level. The outcome is a new relationship with the Self based on compassion, self-understanding and self-love.

You’re not broken, and you don’t need fixing. No matter how complex your upbringing, or the experiences you've had, you can create a life that makes you happy.

You're not a victim of the past and you're not stuck to repeat it. 

With the right tools, guidance and approach you can create a life that has meaning, gives you purpose and fills you with pride. 

There are no bad parts. Sadness, loneliness, anxiety and irrational behaviours like addictions, anger and depression are all expressions of hidden pain. 

Healing the past is wholly possible. It's not easy and it may take some time, but it can be done.

The result is a new relationship with the Self based on love, compassion and connection. 

How to Work With Me

 

How to get started today:

This first initial free call is for us to explore your current situation, which method is best for you and the cost and length of treatment and support. We will discuss your goals for therapy, your financial capacity and budget, and make a plan that best fits your needs and means.

The most common way to work with me is to book in an initial set of six sessions that take place weekly. Contracts can then be rolling and renewed for as long as needed. I work face to face in W8, Kensington London or online via Zoom and Bilateral Base. 

I occasionally provide single sessions or half-day deep dives if needed.
