EMDR Therapist, ICF PCC Life & Executive Coach, NLP Master with two decades of experience helping people overcome trauma, find authentic purpose, and achieve a life that is a true reflection of who they are. 

After almost twenty years of working I've studied EMDR, Reiki, IFS, Hypnosis, and a whole host of methods.

Today my personal practice is in two parts; compassionately resolving past trauma through EMDR, and building an authentic life through Life Coaching and NLP.

Life Coaching with NLP for Life Changes™

Life Coaching with NLP is a process of directed enquiry, deep listening and powerful questioning that helps you dig deep, gain clarity and transform your inner and outer life. We can work on emotions, thoughts and feelings, an area of life, or create a whole new future for you.

Together we explore what matters deeply and how to create a life that is a true reflection of who you are. 

Life Coaching with NLP helps you gain clarity on what you want, set goals and outcomes, and create an action plan to make it happen. 

EMDR Therapy & Radical Self-Compassion™

EMDR Therapy is a well-established therapy originally developed by Frances Shapiro in the US for PTSD and trauma.

EMDR has proven effective for a range of issues, including:

  • Feelings of unworthiness and low self-esteem
  • Workaholism and imposter syndrome
  • Loneliness, depression, and anxiety
  • Destructive habits (food, drugs, alcohol)
  • Stress and exhaustion
  • Lack of joie de vivre

 

You don't need to be depressed or sad to improve your quality of life through EMDR.

But it is very effective on any unwanted feelings and emotions such as shame, regret, guilt, anger and anxiety.

It is highly effective for physical pain, phobias, single traumatic event, complex trauma, addictions and more.

EMDR therapy uses bilateral stimulation coupled with rigorous therapeutic protocols that make a change in the neurological patterns of our minds. 

It creates a release of trapped emotions and removes triggers and hot-buttons, so that you are free to respond without the surge of negative emotions.

EMDR heals the hidden pain from the inside out.

When people have undiagnosed and hidden issues they think something is wrong with them.

But nothing is wrong with you. You’re not broken, and you don’t need fixing. No matter how complex your upbringing, or the experiences you've had, you can create a life that makes you happy.

The feelings you are feeling, the irrational behaviours, or self-sabotage and triggers are symptoms of hidden pain. 

For twenty years I have helped clients heal their core wounds and create authentic lives.

EMDR Therapy works from the inside out, healing the pain at core level.

How to Work With Me

 

How to get started today:

This first initial free call is for us to explore your current situation, which method is best for you and the cost and length of treatment and support. We will discuss your goals for therapy, your financial capacity and budget, and make a plan that best fits your needs and means.

The most common way to work with me is to book in an initial set of six sessions that take place weekly. Contracts can then be rolling and renewed for as long as needed. I work face to face in W8, Kensington London or online via Zoom and Bilateral Base. 

I occasionally provide single sessions or half-day deep dives if needed.
