From owning two businesses in Asia, hitchhiking across Morocco at 17, and motorbiking down the Rift Valley, I’ve always had a pioneering spirit and a love for adventure and exploring the world.
I have always been fascinated by life's bigger questions, such as why we are here and who we are.
Two decades ago I left a career in the art world to become an NLP Master, Life Coach and EMDR therapist. Having gone through my own dark times, I didn't want anyone to suffer alone, like I had.
Today as an EMDR therapist, I work with traumas of all kind, anxiety, low self-esteem and feelings of never being enough.
I split my time between private EMDR practice and teaching the Diploma in Professional Life Coaching and NLP.
In private practice as an NLP Master Coach, and EMDR therapist, I have worked with people from all walks of life.
Women fleeing domestic violence, highly accomplished executives and CEOs suffering stress and burnout, and talented professionals with imposter syndrome. I work with singers, playwriters and creatives whose careers stagnated, young people dealing with anxiety and any sort of trauma, PTSD and CPTSD.
I provide an unshakeable space to deal with the trauma's of the past - as well as everyday life and work triggers.
