I grew up loving reading, literature, art, philosophy and psychology. I asked questions around what makes us human. Who am I? What is the meaning of my life? How can we heal?
From Art to Life Coaching and EMDR Therapy
Two decades ago I stumbled on a simple ad in the Metro that read; Be Who You Want to Be.
This ad had taken me to a small Life Coaching seminar at the back of Oxford Street. That seminar had awakened something in me.
Living an inspired Self-led life
I remember sitting in Hyde Park, looking out over the water, knowing I wanted to live an INSPIRED life.
But I didn't want a life inspired by someone else I wanted to be an inspiration to myself.
I left my career in the art world and trained as a Life Coach. This lead to NLP and then to EMDR Therapy.
I created Life Changes - my private practice, I rode a motorcycle across Africa, slept under the stars in Rajasthan, and rode with wild horses in Kyrgyzstan.
I changed my life radically with NLP and healed my own childhood trauma's with EMDR.
Today I help people face the ghosts of the past, heal their wounds and transform their lives.

I provide EMDR Therapy face to face in Kensington and online globally. I also run the ICF & ABNLP Accredited Diploma in Life Coaching and NLP Mastery.
