From owning two businesses in Asia, hitchhiking across Morocco at 17, and motorbiking down the Rift Valley, I’ve always had a pioneering spirit, and a love for exploring the world.

I was always interested in trauma and wrote my MA thesis on the articulation of trauma in poetry and art, studying the work of Paul Celan and Doris Salcedo. Both grasping with the inarticulation of trauma, how it sits outside of language, making words break. 

From Art to Coaching and EMDR Therapy

Two decades ago I sat on a bench in Hyde Park overlooking the water pondering my life. 

A week prior I had stumbled upon a simple ad in the Metro newspaper that read; Be Who You Want to Be. That ad took me to a small Life Coaching seminar at the back of Oxford Street.

That seminar awakened something in me. As I sat looking out over the lake I knew I wanted to live an INSPIRED life.

But I didn't want a life inspired by someone else - I wanted to be an inspiration to myself.

I left my career in the art world and trained as a Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. 

Coaching and NLP opened up doors in my imagination. 

Not only did I create Life Changes - a space for healing trauma, and make real changes to your life, but also I rode a motorcycle across Africa, slept under the stars in Rajasthan, and rode with wild horses in Kyrgyzstan, all whilst building a successful practice in London
